Who we are

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your background and goals.
- Website data. This site has no sign-up forms and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
- To answer your questions about the course and batches
- To enrol you and run the course if you join
- To keep the website secure and understand overall traffic
We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except service providers we need to operate (for example, messaging, video-class and hosting platforms), or where the law requires it.
WhatsApp links
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that mentions the page you came from. You can edit or delete it before sending. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations only as long as they're useful for following up on your enquiry, and student records for as long as needed to deliver the course and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing aikranti.academy@gmail.com. We handle requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
